Create and access an account

Create an account with an email address you control and verify it using the message sent to that address. For new registrations, successful email verification activates Free membership automatically; routine administrator approval is not required. Older pending or restricted accounts may still need administrator review. Check spam or junk, or request another verification message, if needed. Administrators can still restrict accounts when necessary. Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page if you cannot access your account.

Plans and features

Free access includes core workout logging, exercise history, body stats, tools, up to 3 custom templates, and 1 custom program. Inactive templates and programs count toward those limits; contact Support to request administrator deletion of a user-created item to free a slot. Pro removes the custom-asset limits and adds progression features, advanced reporting, set techniques, and data export. Coaching includes Pro features and coaching tools; coach approval and the member's consent are separate requirements.

Export and deletion

Pro and Coaching members can export a ZIP package of supported account and training data from Profile. The export includes profile and plan history, coaching relationships, personal exercises, workouts and sets, self-created templates and programs, body stats, daily recovery entries, bars, plates, activity logs, structured check-in responses, and retained coaching message history. Shared coaching feedback is included for either participant. Coach exports also include that coach's private notes and Attention Needed queue dispositions; member exports do not include a coach's private notes.

The export contains readable JSON files and excludes passwords, password hashes, security stamps, login tokens, and other account secrets. It is a portable copy, not an import or restore file. You can request account deletion from your profile. Deletion is permanent, so export first if you want to retain a copy.

Administrative access

Authorized administrators can export a selected member's data for verified support, privacy, or account-administration needs. Opening a member's Recovery Check-in history or exporting member data creates an access-audit record. Administrative access should be used only for legitimate app operations.
